RETURNS & REFUND

 POLICY

We want you to LOVE your Evodia purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase to us, subject to the terms below. We’ll either repair or replace the item, or give you a voucher with a credit of the equivalent value or refund you using the same method that you used to make payment. Contact us to request a return and we’ll reply with arrangements to ship the return, at no cost to you.  

 

Preparing your product for a return

  • Package your product for protection during transit 

  • with your name clearly marked on the exterior of the package, and 

  • include all the accessories/parts that were sold with the item.

 

Failure to comply with preparing your product for a return could delay the returns process or prevent the return altogether.

Changed your mind?

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

      • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

      • it is not missing any accessories or parts;

      • you requested the return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective

 

Want to exchange?

Fashion and homeware products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. Limited edition items will have limited exchange options or no exchange options due to their limited manufacturing quantities. Availability of limited edition items will be discussed with you before you ship a return.

 

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that Evodia products are of a high quality, and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is an imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. 

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return 

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product as per the care instructions;

  • damage arising from alterations to the product
