Payment Terms


Payments are only accepted through the payment options available on our site. The full payment must be received before your order is shipped, including the shipping fee. You’ll receive an invoice for your purchase in the order confirmation email. All payments are facilitated through a third-party payment processor PayFast. Payfast is provided with the necessary personal information to process your order and may use cookies on their site. Please read through their terms and conditions of use before purchasing from our store. 


Billing Information Terms


We reserve the right to limit sales quantities per account, payment card, billing or shipping address, without prior notice. In the event that an order is canceled we will attempt to notify you using the email address or contact number supplied with the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. By purchasing from you agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Any inaccurate or incomplete billing information will delay processing your order or prevent processing your order entirely. 


Delivery Terms


When will my order ship?

Your order will ship 3-10 working days after the date of purchase. You’ll be notified via email when your purchase has been shipped and is on it’s way to you

How long will delivery take?

2-3 working days to major cities and 4-6 days for outlying areas.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R100 per delivery. 

Which courier company do you use?

We use Fastway for private/business premises deliveries and DSV locker for collections. Should you want to make use of the DSV locker collection, complete the shipping address as per your nearest DSV locker’s address. 


Correct Shipping Information does not take responsibility for incorrect information required for delivery. By purchasing from you agree to supply complete and accurate shipping information. Any loss, prevented or unsuccessful delivery, due to incorrect or insufficient information required for delivery, is at fault of the account holder. Any subsequent deliveries required, due to incorrect shipping information provided, will be at the expense of the account holder.
